On December 9, 2015, Rovema North America – a subsidiary of Rovema GmbH, which designs and supplies packaging machinery for the food industry – purchased from Rovema Packaging Machines substantially all of its Rovema brand-related business.
Rovema Packaging Machines L.P. will fill all existing orders in the next months. However, effective immediately, all new Rovema-related sales and services will be provided exclusively by Rovema North America of Norcross, GA. This includes all parts, conversions and technical services.
