  • Stainless steel, sanitary design to withstand the harshest environments. Sloped NEMA 4X rated electrical cabinet with rugged non-tubular machine frame. All contact parts executed in 316 Stainless steel. Sealed front and back plate to prevent water ingress in machine housing.
  • Easy machine access for maintenance, quick changeovers.
  • Stainless steel product catch tray with drain to keep film and machine free of debris.
  • Advanced continuous motion servo technology for cross seals. 2-Axis Servo Jaw Motion – Both the vertical and horizontal jaw motion are programmable through the HMI resulting in higher output speeds and more sealing flexibility. Highest outputs in its class.

 

  • Combination of proven technology (cross seal jaws- BVC & squeeze rollers -BVI)
    • Servo drive film feed belts for smooth film feeding and accurate bag length
  • Available in Allen Bradley controls with user friendly operator interface. Remote diagnostics available.
  • Power unwind unit for rolls up to 600mm diameter. (less film changeovers, lees downtime.)
  • Manual splice table to facilitate quick film changeovers.
    • Special design servo driven squeeze rollers to clean seal area prior to sealing (clean seals=strong seals), evacuate air, reduced headspace (reduced fill usage, consistent bag shape for easy case packing of frozen bags. Easier to freeze.), and accurately meter the product in bag for superior accuracy.
  • Single or two part fills. Can integrate will pump, combination scale, and bucket elevators.
  • Hot or cold fill up to 190F. viscous and non-viscous products with and without particulates. (Soups, sauces, dressing, condiments, macaroni & cheese.)
  • No film contracts required.
  • Bag widths up to 260mm, bag length up 600mm.
  • Customer supplied checkweigher system can be integrated for automatic checkweigher feedback for weight correction.
