Use the following procedure to replace the film transport belts.
At this point, the bagmaker should be locked-out and tagged-out.
To replace a film transport belt:
1. Loosen the securing nut that holds the upper belt pulley in place.
2. Loosen the belt tensioner until there is enough slack in the belt to remove it from around the belt
pulleys.
3. Install a new belt.
4. Tension the belt using the belt tensioner.
5. Tighten the securing nut that holds the upper belt pulley in place.
Note: Always replace both belts at the same time.
