Whenever the belt assemblies are removed from their drive shafts, they must be aligned to the flat surfaces on the forming tube when they are reinstalled. The following procedure describes how to align a belt assembly to the forming tube.
To align a belt assembly to the forming tube:
1. Loosen the collar bolt on the belt assembly.
2. Rotate the assembly away from the tube and then back to the tube until it is flush with the flat surface
on the side of the forming tube; let the forming tube align the belt assembly.
3. Tighten the collar bolt.
