- The guard doors isolate the operator from the forming and sealing area.
- The doors are also equipped with a switch that causes the machine to stop when they are opened.

- Do not operate the bagger until you have read and understood the operating instructions and have
become thoroughly familiar with them - Do not wear rings, loose jewelry , or loose clothing while operating the bagger.
- Secure long hair under a hair net or bump cap.

- Follow the lockout procedure before performing any cleaning, maintenance, or repairs on the bagger.
- Always wear safety glasses when servicing the bagger.
- Never use the MAIN DISCONNECT switch to stop the bagger.

- Do not remove the guards or open doors except for necessary adjustments and repairs. Be sure to
lockout the bagger before removing any guards or doors. - Lockout the bagger before clearing jaw jams. Never use your fingers to remove jammed material! Use
a brass wire brush or a non metal rod.
